  • Shipping Quotes: Shipping fees are not calculated at checkout. Instead, a custom shipping quote is provided during the inquiry phase based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery destination of your selected pieces.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you approve the shipping quote and finalize payment, your order moves into processing.

2. Processing and Production Timelines

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order Pieces: Items requiring custom creation by our artisans will follow the specific production timeline provided during your inquiry process.

  • We do not ship or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Due to the high value and fragile nature of our objects, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

6. Damaged Shipments
