Because our products are rooted in indigenous Indian art, each piece is unique. Natural variations in color, texture, grain, and minor dimensions are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

1. Return Window

Requests received after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items thoroughly before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit:
